In this Yin Yoga workshop Andreas will inspire you with the “kidney/urinary bladder sequence”.

 

The Inner-pathways (meridians) and the First Foundation of Mindfulness. You will experience a variety of mainly seated postures. The inward-drawn attention teaches us how to heal, rejuvenate vitality, freeing us from tensions and being kind on all levels. Learning how to live in a wholesome way and be a better friend to ourselves becomes a compassionate practice. Energy goes where our attention goes and the taste of it is delicious.

Interested to letting go of irritation, frustration and anger?


In this Yin Yoga workshop Andreas will inspire you with the “liver/gallbladder sequence”.

 

The Inner-pathways (meridians) and the Second Foundation of Mindfulness. The liver is the primary chemical factory of the body. Any substance that cannot be broken down and used for energy ends up in the liver for detoxification. Whereas the liver is considered the general of the army, the gallbladder is constantly making decisions for the entire body-mind. Stillness of the body leads to quieting of the mind.


 

Brightening Your Inner Skies

Interested to feel your energy nourished on all levels?


In this Yin Yoga workshop Andreas will inspire you with the “spleen/stomach sequence”.

 

The Inner-pathways (meridians) and the Third Foundation of Mindfulness. You will experience a variety of mainly seated postures with twists. The spleen and stomach are the primary organs of digestion. Clear thinking, connections and an understanding of insight are beneficial. To be Yin is to be still and observant.

In this Yin Yoga workshop Andreas will inspire you with the “lung/heart sequence”.

 

The Inner-pathways (meridians) and the Fourth Foundation of Mindfulness. As we begin a Yin Yoga practice, it is helpful to remember that the activity is slow with a sense of core softness and surrender. The lungs hold the privilege of being the life-giving network of the whole body. The heart’s radiance spreads out to every cell and expresses itself in our creativity, interactions and communication. Let’s enjoy the ability to embrace, be comfortable and warm-hearted.
