Anna Scott Miller comes from a background of movement of gymnastics, dancing, surfing and climbing. She studied Physical Education and worked with kids and adults in the fitness & educational field for 10 years.
Yoga was the link to combine her skills. Working with people, coaching, personal development and being active. As you can have fun, take care of the body and mind, which is so needed in the times we live in.
After finishing a Power Yoga and Vinyasa Teacher Training, she is currently in an Advanced RYT 500 teacher training, to be finished in November 2016. She practices daily ashtanga mysore and is constantly growing by expanding her knowledge by attending workshops and studying with different teachers like Petri Raisanen, Laruga Glaser and Kino McGregor. And she loves to share this beautiful practice.
Her classes are active and relaxing at the same time with a lot of room to explore your own capabilities, on and off the mat.
