Learn the correct way to go into Kundalini Yoga postures and hold the postures with ease.
There are some simple but profound alignment principles in Kundalini Yoga which will allow you to practice yoga with more ease. Once you know them they will transform your practice.
You learn how to open your navel center so that have more energy and relaxation in challenging meditations. You will learn how to position your navel, heart and head so that you can experience the flow of the Kundalini more fully and effortlessly. And you receive many allignment tips for the most common postures in Kundalini Yoga.
And yes, we will do beautiful kriyas and meditations from the Kundalini Yoga tradition.
