Change your Hormone Story: Women’s Health & Ayurveda

Most of us have something we can improve to make our hormone story more easeful and without symptoms. This is a great starting place.

I’ll give an introduction to improving menopause symptoms including hot flashes, PMS, heavy or absent bleeding, endometriosis, headaches, cysts and other difficulties with menstruation. This is a big topic, but getting a clear direction & getting started is half the effort!

Menopause (Overgang)

There are some very simple and effective tips that women should practice to dramatically reduce common imbalances such as hot flashes, insomnia, dryness, joint and bone loss and low energy. These tips are absolutely relevant to work on for women of any age.

Learn some basic Ayurvedic tips on addressing difficulties with menstruation, from migraines to cramps to absence of the period. Understand which diet and lifestyle habits revolutionize the picture for women’s health concerns and hormonal cycles.

We’ll discuss fertility from an Ayurvedic perspective and learn some tips to increase fertility and libido. Do you know which 4 or 5 days are your fertile days? Learn to begin charting your fertility- the first step to effective natural contraception or conception.

This discussion may be interspersed with yoga stretches and breathing exercises. Wear stretchy clothing.

“This is what I think every woman should know about lasting health and healing, from the insights into women’s health that I have learned from Ayurveda.” Susan
