A Kettlebell is a bell shaped weight with a handle. The different sizes of the kettlebells make the training sessions suitable for both men and woman of all fitness levels.
During the outdoor Kettlebell Training you will train on a high intensity with short rest brakes. This intense type of training enhances your endurance, explosiveness and strength. In addition to getting strong and fit we will challenge you to move actively in your full range of motion to improve your mobility, balance and coordination.
The Yoga Class is designed to support the Kettlebell Training. We will explore a soft but deep practice that will help to stretch the body to relax the tension in the muscles, relieve pain and open areas that may feel stuck or resistant to change.
The breath combined with the poses will increase the range of motion and flexibility both in body and mind. The Yoga practice will assist to get into positions easier, recover faster, and lift injury-free.
The Kettlebell Yoga Course starts May 10, for 6 weeks every Wednesday from 19.30 – 20.30. The course is €65 .
