After the birth of daughter Deva in 1996 Christa decided to say goodbye to the hospitality industry and followed a training as aerobic instructor. She always had a passion for exercise. She found her place in the new challenge of teaching. After several years teaching something new came into the gyms: Pilates. In 2003 Christa followed a training and many workshops followed. Through Pilates she became even more aware of her body and how important it is to keep a correct posture, certainly if you spent a lot of time behind the computer.
In 2010/2011 Christa moreover followed an Ashtanga & Power Vinyasa Teacher Training and found more depth. The Pilates form Christa teaches, gives much attention to posture, the lessons therefore begin standing. But you will alsof find a yoga posture here and there!
