Hayo discovered yoga when he was in his late twenties. Right from the get-go he really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of a yoga class, and the way the body and mind felt afterwards. Looking for a yoga practice that he could do anytime by himself he found Ashtanga yoga, which slowly became a bigger and bigger part of his life.
He finds that Ashtanga yoga is a beautiful and very special practice that can teach you a lot about yourself and the challenges you’re facing in life. With regular practice you start to feel more at home in your body and more attuned to your own needs.
Hayo likes to keep a lighthearted, humorous and practical approach, believing strongly that in order to make change happen we must be diligent but at the same time we should never forget to enjoy the process.
